In its 78 years of history, Veleiros do Sul has actively participated on the growing and development of the sailing in Brazil. Its headquarters is in an area with approximately 18 hectares at Cristal Bay, Guaíba Lake.
The club owns a complete nautical structure so that sailors from other places, Brazil and border countries, often search for its pier shelter. Veleiros do Sul is also known by foreign sailors as a friendly port.
